We, at Hitachi Telecom USA, Inc., are improving our methods of providing software updates for HCX5000/HCX5000i systems. We are pleased to offer you three choices for obtaining software updates to keep your systems at the current software level. These choices are:

Hitel Update Service |
Use the Hitel web site, www.hitel.com, to download system software updates without charge for Release 9.0 and higher. This is the most efficient method of handling system software updates. In the future, we will extend this service to selected older software releases.
Auto Update Disk
This system software update disk allows you to update your system to the current software level. Registered users can order an Auto Update Disk at no charge using the "Request a HCX Software Update" form on the Hitel web site, www.hitel.com.
Hitel Update Service
Currently Hitel Technical Support provides this method of software update at no charge. This service will convert to a billable service after the Web Based Downloading service is available. Hitel will notify you of the service rate and the effective date when this becomes a billable service.
