Training Facility |
Classes are conducted in the fully equipped Training Center located
at the Hitachi Telecom (USA), Inc. offices:
3617 Parkway Lane
Norcross, Georgia 30092

Books and Supplies |
Each student will be provided a printed or electronic copy of the required
technical documentation for each course. In addition, all class supplies
required for training will be provided.

Classroom Hours |

Class hours are from 8:00AM till 4:00PM (EST). |
|
Lunch break is one hour. |
|
Other breaks may be given as needed. |
|

Dress Code |
Our dress code is business casual and we request that no one wear shorts,
tank tops, printed T-shirts or sandals. Due to the air conditioning
in the labs, the temperature may be uncomfortably cool; please dress
accordingly.

Student Evaluations |
Upon completion of the course the student is required to complete an
evaluation of training form to present any suggestions or comments about
the course, instructor, and facilities.
