Wireless Solutions Overview

Flexibility to accommodate multiple modulation technologies and frequencies.

Product Overview

Hitachi’s Multi-Carrier Power Amplifier (MCPA) solution consists of an amplifier module and other components that can be combined in multiple configurations to meet service providers’ needs to support different modulation technologies and frequencies as they consolidate and optimize their networks.

Multi-Carrier Power Amplifier

Hitachi ’s MCPA is a flexible RF power amplifier solution for 850MHz and 1900MHz wireless networks. The Hitachi MCPA is technology-transparent and can be used in multiple modulation technology environments, allowing carriers to increase the number of carriers per site without need for additional antennas or feeder cables.

The Hitachi MCPA supports TDMA, GSM, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, and CDMA2000.
